12 month  Seasonal touring pitches

Looking for beautiful seasonal touring pitch in North Yorkshire? Spread across 36 acres, St Helens near Scarborough provides our regulars with the ideal home from home.

Enjoy a well-established park, boasting beautiful landscaping and planting schemes with first-class facilities. We’re ideally placed for access to the Yorkshire coast to the east, the Yorkshire Wolds to the south and the North York Moors National Park  to the north.

5 Month Winter Seasonal Pitch’s

We can offer Winter Seasonal pitches, for 5 months from October – February. Your van is placed on a touring pitch giving you freedom to use it whenever you want for those cosy winter nights!

Vans on a Winter Seasonal Pitch must be removed by March 1st, ready for the touring season.

Spacious and tranquil

We’ve more than 150 dedicated 12 month seasonal pitches, all of which have their own power. Some are fully serviced.

The ultimate freedom

A seasonal touring pitch means you can come whenever it suits you. It’s an easy weekend away as you can leave your awning up and have your BBQ at the ready. Seasonal customers have their own access to the park 24/7. Plus their caravans can also be used by immediate family members.

Pride of place

We are delighted how our seasonal customers take real pride in the park. And even more pride in their pitches! Many lay out stunning displays of planters and baskets to complement our own trees, flowers and landscaping.

How long is a season?

Our seasonal contracts last for either 12 months from January to December or our Winter Seasonal pitches last for 5 months from October to February.

The only period we are closed is mid-January until mid- February.
