St Helens offers self-catered accommodation where guests are responsible for their own safety, wellbeing and behavior.

Of course, accidents and emergencies sometimes happen, but staff should only be expected to attend site out of hours in a genuine emergency. You may be asked questions over the phone to determine the nature and severity of your requirements. In some cases, you may be offered advice over the phone to rectify the problem.
